COREPROMA · Suivi de chantier

COREPROMA is the mobile application for the COREPROMA construction site monitoring platform, for both construction and renovation projects. Project owners, project managers, and contractors can view the same up-to-date site information directly from the field.

For project owners and project managers:
• Home: Open tasks, latest updates, project phases, budget, pending invoices, and recent photos.

• Site: Track each phase and create a task with the contractor, the responsible party, and the deadline. Attach photos, files, or a voice note.

• Finances: Budget items by work package, and quotes received, to be accepted or rejected.

• Messages: Your exchanges with each contractor, including attachments.

• Media and documents: Take a photo on-site, save it to a folder, and access shared documents.

For contractors:
• Tasks: Tasks assigned to your company, resulting from meetings and phases. Change their status, add a note, or a photo. • Phases: Your project phase, with its subtasks and notes for the project team.

• Quotes: Submit a quote and see if it's accepted or rejected.

• Site meetings: Join the ongoing meeting and review the minutes.

On-site
• Voice notes and dictation for typing without a keyboard.

• Notifications when an action is approaching its deadline or is overdue.
