CoraFlow is the official staff productivity app for employees of Cora Cora
Maldives, operated by HMM Pvt Ltd.

CoraFlow brings the Cora Cora staff portal to your phone, so resort team members
can stay on top of their work from anywhere on the property — front of house, back
of house, or off-shift.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN CORAFLOW

• Tasks and assignments
View tasks assigned to you, mark them in progress and complete, and stay aligned
with your department.

• Exit pass
Request, approve, and check in/out of resort exit passes from your phone. HODs can
review and sign off pending requests on the go.

• Notifications
Receive instant push notifications for approvals, task updates, leave decisions,
and announcements that matter to your role.

• Schedule and shifts
Check your duty roster, upcoming shifts, and time-off entitlements at a glance.

• Leave and time-off
Submit leave requests, see balances, and track approval status without chasing HR.

• Profile and documents
Keep your profile photo, contact details, and personal documents (passport, work
permit) up to date with the HR team.

• Trip management
For team members involved in guest transport and trip operations, log trips, fuel
records, and rates directly from the field.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?

CoraFlow is an internal application for Cora Cora Maldives resort staff. Accounts
are issued by HR and IT — there is no public sign-up. If you are not a current or
former employee of Cora Cora Maldives, this app is not intended for you.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• All data is sent over HTTPS (TLS-encrypted in transit).
• Your account is managed by your HR department.
• You can request deletion of your account or specific data at any time. See
