Combined with their product. It's utterly worthless. Didnt choose it. Stuck with it. I'm really good at problem solving but it gives zero info like I can't pull up the user info with out serial and registration number. Can't connect it to net so can't get registered number, can't fix that without the rest. Tried setting up new user but it the emails it 'sends' never arrive. I very much hate this product and it's app

No longer supported. Its an extemely simple system in hardware and software but now my stat is no longer "smart" because Carrier, with its infinite profits, wants to force me to buy a new stat. Theres no point to this app if you forget your password. Your smart stat will no longer be smart, even if you try to re register.
