Not really for the app itself but for the services. The horrible drivers and conditions. Many cars do not use AC, they do not give change (the rest of the money back to the client), they do not use the GPS, they close the payment and try to negociate. Some smoke in the car, speak or have loud conversations in even video calls!!!!! Yes, while driving!!!!. Now that bolt and uber is here, bye bye stinky old cars and lousy services.
