2024-07-25	Ra*****	I don't think the apps working... I loaded the app, then it wanted verification, which I'd done, but then it kept asking to verify email, then it would freeze. I have left a message on the help section of the website and more than a week later, the message still hasn't been seen. I ended up uninstalling the app. Not impressed 😕

2024-05-17	Da*****	Really good I think could be better though. At times could not apply for some jobs although had the exact skills and experience needed for the role. Apart from that coople is an amazing App and company. App works great, team is great, good and efficient communication, variety of jobs fairly paying.

2023-12-07	Ch*****	It's a great app. I registered and got my first job within 1 week. The agents are very responsive and easy to communicate with. But if the app can make it possible for workers to communicate with their employers via phone call instead of mail, it will be very much efficient. This is because sometimes, workers may need more clarification on the location and meeting points as map is sometimes confusing. Asides this, Coople is an amazing app

Full of programming errors and mistakes that create uncertainty and limit usability. The few job offers that are actually advertised are hardly ever placed. Many are bogus advertisements that are neither checked nor removed. I find it cheeky to adorn such a tool as a job investigation when it is more like an advertising platform.

2023-04-06	Ge*****	Dreadful app - an example of how not to use bots or automation, the onboarding is no where near as simple or quick as they say, thier partner app will not capture my passport wasted 30 mins trying and yoti is used by many companies never had a problem before, can't even get through to an agent and when I give my email to the bot, it keeps saying it invalid when it's not. 2023-02-14	Ab*****	App has problems. It gives me screen notifications for new jobs but once I open these pop message the app shows that I'm either unsuccessful in applying without even applying. Some times when I'm redirected to the app from job notifications, the app doesn't show any jobs in the notification. It used to work fine until few weeks back. Great job coople(sarcastic)

2022-11-20	Sa*****	Good concept but lots of job out of reach! Flexible jobs not available (at most 15 job long list on my preferences) or are more than 100 miles away from me. I suggest you use the government website which is far better and actually has loads of job availability despite the preferences with better description and ease of use.
