2025-01-24	Pe*****	Everything was going well since I have been using this app not until today,I fund my wallet with 1,090.00 using their wema bank account number from my palmpay,and since then my money hasn't reflected on the wallet and they didn't refund my money back also your customer care service Is very poor I must say ... I have messaged the customer care number on the app from WhatsApp and up till now there's no response .... please find a way to refund my money if it couldn't reflect on my wallet

2024-09-02	sa*****	Well the app is a cool app but sometimes the data transfer will be successful but you won't receive the data this as happen before to someone I refer but right now it has also happen to me which I trasfer 1GB twice which the money was deduct but I don't receive the data And there is no refund if this happen again then ❌ Hope the will be some change with that

In addition, I subscribed 1 GB on the line i used in registering the app. Up till now, I have not been credited. I am disappointed.

First I funded my wallet twice and it didn't reflect until a very long time now I just subscribe for someone since and the person hasn't received it yet And lastly there is no option to withdraw my money from the wallet Am not doing again is it by force..
