SIM Card Recover & Manager helps you back up, view, and restore contacts stored on your SIM card. Quickly export contacts as VCF files to your SD card, import backups to recover deleted entries, and view SIM details like serial number, phone number, and network state. It’s ideal when swapping SIMs or recovering lost contacts.

Key features include contacts backup & restore, SIM card reader, add/search/delete contacts, import/export VCF files, and detailed SIM info display. To restore: export a VCF backup to SD card, then press Import to restore contacts. The app requests permissions for SMS, phone state, and contacts to access SIM data and uses Internet only to serve ads.
