Traffic Flow: Idle Tycoon Game

Traffic Flow is a clean, hypnotic idle game about one thing: moving people into
seats.

Passengers arrive as a glowing queue. They check in at the gate, walk the path,
step through the door and take a seat. Every seat that fills pays you. Fill the
whole vehicle and it departs, then the next one rolls in and the queue starts
again.

YOUR JOB IS THE BOTTLENECK

You never drive anything. You find whatever is slowing the line down and you fix
it. Three upgrade tracks, thirty levels each:

GATE. Faster check in, instant check in, and higher check in income.
TRANSIT. Faster walking, faster boarding, and income at the door.
SEATING. Faster seating, instant seating, and higher income per seat.

Push one track and the queue backs up somewhere else. Balancing all three is the
whole game.

FROM ONE SMALL PLANE TO A GLOBAL NETWORK

You start with a short hop out of Dublin and a plane with a few dozen seats.
Earn enough and you move up to a wide body jet where premium rows pay several
times what economy does, then to entirely new kinds of transit:

Planes. Long routes, big cabins, premium seating up front.
Buses. Short hops that turn over fast.
Trains. Multiple cars filling at the same time.
Ships. Huge twin aisle decks and the longest passenger queues in the game.

Each vehicle type is opened by a one time certificate from the research screen,
so every unlock is a real step change rather than another percentage.

ROUTES AND CITIES

The player hub is a route map for each vehicle type. Pick a city, see its seat
count and its income ceiling, and switch your run to it. Dublin, Singapore,
Cambridge, Brussels, Bilbao and more, each with a different mix of economy and
premium seats.

NUMBERS THAT ACTUALLY GO UP

Your first plane earns a few hundred a minute. Late game ships earn billions a
minute. The jump from hundreds to billions is the point, and you can watch every
step of it happen on one screen.

BUILT TO BE CALM

No timers pressuring you, no lives, no fail state. Pure neon on black, a readable
grid of seats, and a queue you can watch for as long as you like. Play with sound
off. Play one handed. Put it down mid boarding and pick it up later.
