Office Manager - Idle Tycoon

Build a busy office. Get attached to the people making it work.

Office Manager - Idle Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing stationery business and a team with plenty to say. Open desks, assign employees and turn everyday office work into a bigger operation.

Choose your next upgrade, find the right person for each job and keep the coffee flowing. Your team earns while you are away, so there is always a reason to check back in.

GROW YOUR OFFICE
Start small and work toward larger offices. Unlock sales desks, expand into accounting and marketing, and build your way toward global headquarters. Each move gives your team a new space to grow.

BUILD YOUR TEAM
Open applications in the Hiring Office and meet employees with different strengths and personalities. Match their skills to sales, accounting or marketing, and put their product specialties to work. Swap assignments as your business changes.

UPGRADE AND PROMOTE
Invest in desk levels to increase income and reach milestones. Collect employee copies to earn promotions and strengthen your team. Decide whether your next investment belongs on the office floor or in the people running it.

MAKE ROOM FOR BREAKS
Even your best employees need a coffee and a conversation. Improve the Coffee club and Chill zone to support a growing team. Watch people leave their desks, queue for a break and head back to work.

MEET YOUR COWORKERS
Vera has ideas. Len has opinions. Mike has another pep talk. Catch office chatter, friendly teasing and little exchanges about life at work. A good printer might even deserve a high-five.

KEEP BUSINESS MOVING
Accounting supports your sales team, while marketing campaigns give business a lift. Employee quirks add another reason to think about who works together. Check your office, make a few decisions and collect idle earnings when you return.
