Unit Tool

Unit Tool is a focused unit converter built around one clear flow: choose a category, select units, enter a value, and view the converted result.

The app keeps the converter on one main screen after launch, with category chips, input fields, unit selectors, swap control, result display, and recent history.

📐 SIX CATEGORIES

Unit Tool includes six measurement categories:

• Length
• Weight
• Temperature
• Area
• Volume
• Speed

Each category loads its own unit list in the From and To selectors.

Length includes meters, kilometers, centimeters, millimeters, miles, yards, feet, and inches.

Weight includes kilogram, gram, milligram, pound, ounce, and tonne.

Temperature includes Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin.

Area includes square meter, square kilometer, square centimeter, hectare, acre, square foot, and square inch.

Volume includes liter, milliliter, cubic meter, US gallon, fluid ounce, and US cup.

Speed ​​includes m/s, km/h, mph, knot, and ft/s.

⚡ INSTANT CONVERSION

Enter a number in the From field to see the converted value.

When the input changes, Unit Tool updates the result automatically.

Changing the From unit or To unit also recalculates the result.

The converted value appears in a clear readout below the To unit selector.

Temperature conversions use separate formulas for Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin. Other categories use their matching conversion values.

🔄 SWAP UNITS

Unit Tool includes a swap control between the From and To cards.

Tap swap to exchange the selected input and output units.

When a result is already shown, the converted value moves into the input field after the swap, so the direction can be reversed from the current result.

The result updates again after the units are exchanged.

📋 HISTORY

Unit Tool includes a History screen for recent conversions.

Open History from the main converter to review previous entries.

Each history entry shows:

• Category
• Input value and unit
• Result value and unit
• Timestamp

When the history list is empty, the screen shows an empty message.

Clear History removes all saved history entries.

Unit Tool keeps up to 50 recent conversions.

Use Back to return from History to the converter screen.

🎨 VISUAL STYLE

Unit Tool uses a dark interface with rounded cards, purple accent highlights, readable labels, and clear spacing.

The launch screen shows the app logo and a Start Converting button.

The converter screen uses category chips above the conversion cards. The active category chip is highlighted.

From and To cards separate the input side from the result side.

Outlined and gradient buttons are used for navigation and main actions.

📱 MOBILE LAYOUT

Unit Tool is designed for portrait phone use.

The layout keeps the main conversion flow readable:

• Result display
• History access

Buttons, chips, fields, and selectors are sized for touch input.

The selected category, units, entered value, and result remain visible in a clear vertical layout.

👆 CONTROLS

Unit Tool uses simple touch controls.

Main actions include category selection, unit selection, value entry, unit swap, History, Clear History, and Back.

There are no accounts, scores, timers, rewards, levels, or extra game systems.

📌 CLEAR FEATURE SCOPE

Unit Tool focuses only on unit conversion and recent conversion history.

It does not sync history online or require a profile.

The app shows conversion results based on the selected category, selected units, and entered value.

Unit Tool keeps the experience direct: choose a category, select units, enter a number, read the result, swap units when needed, and review recent conversions.
