However, many report a persistent blank white screen on newer Android devices like Galaxy S24 Ultra and Pixel 8 Pro, rendering the app unusable. Support has been largely unhelpful or nonresponsive. Additional issues include device registration failures, app crashes, interface glitches, and inability to scan or sign children in or out. Why is it that they will reply to everyone except for us who are experiencing a white screen? Support was no help. The app worked fine on my Note 9, upgraded to the S 24 Ultra and nothing but a white screen. This is terrible. Can someone reply with an answer please?
