2022-01-15	Pe*****	E400 device + Smart Device Assistant V3(3.1.0.1) PC + HealthAide 3.2.7 Android: The Android app works pretty well but is very basic. There does not seem to be any export function from the Android app. The recommended Smart Device Assistant V3(3.1.0.1) is unable to open the YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.data files copied from Android to PC. The PC software seems to have it's very own way of pulling and storing the data from the E400 device. Can anyone please advise how to export the E400 device Android raw data to PC so I can open in Excel?

2021-10-08	JJ*****	CMS50D-BT. Device only records the last single event internally. To get graphs, you have to use the real time measurement. But, for example while sleeping, if the meter slips out or, Bluetooth disconnects, or the phone dies - the log is not saved. It only saves if you manually close the real time measurement on the app while the meter is on and connected to the phone - making long time measurement logging unreliable. It would be great if the app saved the log even if the meter disconnected.
