2023-08-06	Za*****	Basically worthless - if it had any numbers for the fingerprints or just let me access the raw data, I'd have called it decent. I never expected Scio to be more than a fun science toy, but it's not fun or scientific - I feel bad for myself and others who bought one. Developers, just let us have the raw data. Nobody's going to pay for a dev kit on a sensor this weak. Just be happy with the money we paid you for the physical units and let us make them useful

2023-01-06	AL*****	This app stinks!!! I've just bought the SCIO molecular pocket sensor, so I downloaded the app. As soon as the app opens, it tells me to enter my login information. It has no option to create my own new account. I bought this USED, so I do not have previous login information. JUNK!!! Support was NO HELP!

2021-07-04	St*****	Awful and unpleasant customer services, this app is severely limited. New user registration no longer possible. A user needs a Res./Dev license from Scio to do anything useful . Comparable alternative NIR devices allow users to export raw data and to publish data without the need to pay for another license. As an independent Researcher (PhD in Analytical Chemistry), my opinion is that Scio has done more damage than good in terms of bringing science to general public. Stay away from Scio.

What most of these reviewers don't seem to understand is that you need comparison data collected before it will do anything for you.
