2024-11-11	Su*****	Strongbee needs to review its vendor lists. I have paid and on the way to the location when the class suddenly cancelled. Very unprofessional. Refund is returned in strongbee credits instead of source of payment (I paid with bank transfer). So we don't really get refunded unless we book another class.

2024-10-27	lu*****	Seriously, there should be an option for customers to take all the balance (due to cancelled sessions). I know this is a marketing strategy. Not impressed, it felt a bit tacky.
