The appointments they offer in California are all in San Diego and Los Angeles that's 200 to 400 miles away from me they don't offer appointments for the consulate offices near me I tried getting an appointment in San Francisco. Sacramento, San Jose with no luck, I called all the numbers & explained I'm Disabled I have a family emergency I came into the Sacramento office without an appointment I was told would not be seen, I had my service Dog and was turned away regardless unacceptable!!!
