Consequences: The Word Game

Each player is given a virtual sheet of paper, and all are told to write down a word or phrase to fit a description ("a person's name"), optionally with some extra words to make the story. Each player fills out their virtual paper and submits their answers. Once everyone finishes their answers, it then gets mixed up to create a random set of consequences.
