User Reviews

User feedback is mixed: many praise the app for ease of use and readability, but several recurring problems degrade satisfaction. The top concerns are disruptive ads/redirects (AliExpress), crashes or blocking issues on devices, weak spam handling, poor customer support, and UX annoyances with popups and accessibility. Addressing ads, stability, compatibility, and support would likely improve overall perception.

Pros

Easy to use with a readable, intuitive interface.
Generally dependable when it works, with users noting it as a solid email app.
Positive overall sentiment (feelings like great or best app) show satisfaction when functional.

Cons

Intrusive ads and AliExpress redirects that disrupt usage.
Crashes, inability to open the app, and device compatibility issues (e.g., on newer phones like Samsung S25).
Spam filtering/updating problems that don’t improve and may worsen spam handling.
Poor customer support with slow responses or lack of help."
UX issues like consent popups and inaccessible opt-out controls that hinder access to email.
