Connecte Fieldtrack

Connecte Fieldtrack is an enterprise workforce and field service management application designed to help organizations efficiently manage field technicians and service agents during their daily operations.

The application enables authorized employees to access assigned jobs, view work orders, manage daily schedules, review job details, update work progress, and mark tasks as completed in real time. It also allows users to capture customer signatures, upload job site photos and supporting documents, and receive push notifications for new assignments, schedule updates, and other important work-related alerts. Users can also view their profile information and completed work history within the application.

Connecte Fieldtrack uses location services to support field operations, attendance verification, job tracking, route management, and other work-related features during active work shifts. Background location is collected only while an employee is marked On Duty to support field tracking, attendance verification, job tracking, route management, and assigned field operations. Location tracking stops when the employee marks Off Duty or logs out.

Connecte Fieldtrack is intended exclusively for authorized employees and field personnel of organizations that use the Connecte Fieldtrack platform. User accounts and login credentials are created and provided by the organization's administrator.
