2024-12-14	Ad*****	Rubbish app that says it has sent a message to my phone when it has nt...(as a spanish vehicle/mobile phone)..you have " 10 mins" to complete this as you arrive and park...that should be enough to warn you not to use their app or parking...because 10 mins is all about fines !

2024-12-12	Da*****	Probably the most useless app I've ever encountered. Multiple attempts to reset password all unrecognised - it sent the reset link to me just by me entering my mobile number, all details are correct and yet "the mobile number password combination is not recognised". Had this issue on multiple occasions. So unreliable, now I just don't use the car park I used to do because of this app.

Poor and complex interface, and now simply doesn't work, it crashes when I try to pay when after clearing the cache deleting and reinstalling. How can a company this incompetent survive? Trying to pay by their car park cash machines is a challenge as they don't work on cold mornings, and the Connect Cashless website is like something from the first days of the internet.

The terms and conditions stated I had 10 minutes to pay, I'm sure this company make it as difficult as possible, to pay, so they can issue more fines. Scammers!
