Japanese Practice: Conjugation Android

Japanese Practice: Conjugation

Japanese practice: conjugation, kana drills, JLPT lessons + AI grammar tutor.

Features & Capabilities

Hand-crafted JLPT N5 to N1 lessons, hiragana and katakana drills, verb conjugation practice for every form, vocab SRS, and an AI Sensei that explains grammar mid-lesson — the way a real teacher would.

Built for serious learners. No streak guilt-trips. No cartoon owl. Just structured practice that respects your time.

Conjugaizen walks you through the JLPT levels (N5 to N1) one lesson at a time. Hand-crafted, sentence-based lessons that teach Japanese as it actually works — not a sanitised translation of English.

WHAT'S INSIDE

KANA DRILLS
Hiragana and katakana, row by row. Audio for every character. Unlock rows as you master them, drill in either direction (kana → romaji, romaji → kana, kana → kana).

CONJUGATION & VERB PRACTICE
Verbs and adjectives across every form — present, past, te-form, conditionals (tara, ba, to, nara), potential, passive, causative, causative-passive, volitional, imperative, and the rest. Choose the verb families you want. Pick mode or type mode.

JLPT LESSONS (N5 → N1)
Hand-crafted, sentence-based lessons. Each one introduces a small set of words, particles, or grammar — then you build the sentences yourself, tile by tile or by typing. Lessons unlock progressively, so you always have a clear next step. 397 lessons across all five levels.

VOCAB PRACTICE
Multiple-choice or flashcard mode. Pick your direction (JP → EN or EN → JP), pick your level. Spaced repetition keeps the right words coming back.

TRANSLATION PRACTICE
Build full sentences from prompts. Either direction, your level, your pace.

GRAMMAR TOPICS
Want to drill every sentence that uses the te-form? Or every conditional? Topic mode pulls cycles across the entire curriculum so you can focus on one grammar point at a time.

AI SENSEI
Stuck mid-lesson? Ask Sensei in English. Get the rule, the why, and a follow-up drill — the AI tutor that explains, not just translates. Reads your real progress and drills your weak spots.

SPACED REPETITION
Anki-style SM-2 review built in. Every word and sentence you've learnt resurfaces at the right moment. No app graveyard — your progress works for you.

LISTEN MODE
Audio-first review pass over lessons you've already learnt. Great for commutes.

CUSTOM LISTS
Pin words you want to drill more often, organised your way.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Quiet milestones as you study — kana, lessons, vocab, JLPT-level. No daily nags.

BUILT SOLO

I'm a one-person dev shop. Bug reports, feedback, and feature requests — all go straight to me. No PMs, no roadmap committees. If you write, I'll read it.
