Conecta Terapias

Taking the first step towards caring for your mental health can be difficult. Conecta Terapias exists to make that step simpler.

How it works

You don't choose the professional — we find them for you. Fill out a brief form describing your situation, urgency, and preferences, and our system matches you with a mental health professional who is truly compatible with your case. This professional will then contact you directly via WhatsApp.

Your first consultation is free

We don't charge the patient anything. The initial contact with the professional found through the match is completely free.

Who it's for

Conecta Terapias connects patients with psychologists, psychiatrists, psychoanalysts, occupational therapists, and other qualified health professionals, ready to provide in-person or online care.

Privacy first

Your data is only shared with the professional after they accept your case. You can access, export, or request the deletion of your data at any time, directly through the app, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

Important

Conecta Terapias is an intermediary platform — we are not a clinic nor do we provide direct healthcare services. Services are always provided by registered professionals.

In case of crisis or emergency, call CVV (188) or SAMU (192) immediately. Conecta Terapias does not offer emergency services.
