VagoW is the official app for residents, concierges, and condominium administrators who use the platform. Centralize visitors, parking spaces, reservations, and announcements in one place, with practicality and security.

For residents: • Register visitors with name, ID, phone number, and photo
• Send invitations and notifications via WhatsApp automatically
• View and manage your visitor list
• Reserve parking spaces and track availability
• Schedule shared condominium resources (hall, barbecue area, gym, and others)
• Receive notifications from the building manager, concierge, and administration in the Message Center
• Quick voice search on the home screen
• Edit your profile, photo, and preferences

For concierge and service providers: • Guardhouse panel for operational monitoring
• View visitors and residents linked to the condominium
• Integrated communication with condominium access flows

Security and access: • Login with email and password or Google and Apple accounts
• Registration by invitation from the condominium
• Data protected with encryption in transit
• Option to delete account and request data deletion via the app

Reservations and parking spaces: • Advertise and reserve parking spaces with an availability calendar
• Payment via PIX between residents (when enabled by the condominium)
• Location of parking spaces on the map for guidance Visitors
