This app hardly works. I had no issues until I turned on the notifications now I can hardly use the app. It's extremely slow and laggy. There's a small chance you will get it to work but when you do it'll freeze during whatever you're doing. This causes you to get out of the app and try to get back in then it's back to not working. Just a terrible cycle that causes frustration.

never works constantly flashes and can not log in

Well the app was fine until this last update. now if your scrolling thru the tasks or stories it goes blank and glitches out. you have to close the app and reopen and be careful while scrolling down to the bottom of you just have to keep closing it and reopening app. it was working fine before. but now it's more or a pain then anything.

I work at Harbor Freight Tools. This app hasn't been working correctly (basically at all) for months. I had to give up and put a shortcut to the desktop version on my phone but I still check occasionally to see if this mobile app version is fixed. As of July 13, 2025 the answer is no.

Constantly restarts, can't log in at all.

This app does not allow me to log in at all. I've unistalled and reinstalled. Tried using regular phone data, secured wifi, etc.. Others at work log on just fine, but it has never let me.

Its not allowing me to login from home on my cellphone which puts me in a bind for work things.

App sucks! Always having to redownload to make it work. Always loses my password and sign on info.

Can no longer even see the login page. It glitches in and out. FIX YOUR APP!!!!
