Been trying to get on for over an hour and it's pointless I cant even select the school this needs urgent attention

i am displeased with this app because i pay for something that is of no use to me. each time i tried to enter the childs id number, plus entering a code ,select parent and the school he attends it keeps saying invalid username or password. the teachers themselves dont understand it but yet still they introduce it to me.
