Permissions
When you install the app it will ask for permission to access the following functions of your device:
• Location services – allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM
• Take pictures and videos – allows the app to use the camera to deposit cheques using Deposit Anywhere™
• Contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

I'm having difficulty with making contact with customer service on my phone. And it's frustrating not being able to talk with a real person and not a computer!
