2026-05-23	Co*****	After 50 hours' play I have lost all progress, all 'entropy', all in-game currency and buffs. Things were going fine until an update error by the developers prevented me from logging in. A week passed with very poor support response. This is never-ending. If this isn't fixed very soon I will be getting charge-back for all the money the devs have taken from me.
