Overall, these issues significantly impact usability and frustrate users despite the potential benefits for exam preparation.

Press login on app, redirect to website, log in, redirect to app, nothing changes. There is a workaround for this, but this level of quality is pretty sad coming from a company teaching all about tech.

App crashes a lot. Unable to get past log in screen on my s23 phone and my S7 tablet. Kind of sad coming from an IT company. I have to delete data and cache every time I log in.
