2023-04-04	No*****	4/4/23- fix the app! Not working again on laptop and phone. 2/11/23 Update. App was fixed and now isn't working again. Worked fine until my Android system upd.. Crashes within seconds of opening. Reinstalled Restarted phone. Crashes.... Sent a message to customer support a week ago. No response. A service through Costco. Will complain to Costco and see if that works.

2023-02-06	Th*****	It was working again as of 1/23/23, but now has stopped working as of 2/6/23. Can't connect to VPN after Samsung's recent UI 5.0 update. Immediately closes when I try to connect. I tried uninstalling, reboot, reinstall. That didn't work. Please fix.

2022-12-13	Bi*****	As mentioned by other reviewers, this app is completely useless when I'm trying to actually use it in a place where I need it. It has worked some time back at home, but now it keeps crashing when I'm trying to use it in a public WiFi location with at least 10 Mbps connectivity.
