The Grower Agent Mobile Application bridges the gap between smallholder farmers and the global market. Exclusive to Complete Farmer agents, it can be downloaded from the Play Store for Android and the App Store for iPhone.

Upon login, agents access a dashboard summarizing farm statistics, including total farmers onboarded, training sessions, completed tasks, and commissions. Quick actions allow agents to search for farmers, scan QR codes, initiate training, or communicate with administrators. The lower menu bar provides easy access to farmers, farms, accounts, training, and events.

The seamless onboarding process begins with agents collecting personal details to create farmer profiles. Farmers provide a picture of their national ID, a photograph for verification, and payment details (mobile money or bank account). This thorough KYC process ensures legitimacy. A unique QR code is generated for each farmer, expediting verification during agent visits. Farmers also receive a printed QR card for identification.

Agents input land details, including coordinates, using land mapping processes. The system verifies land details and provides soil composition information via satellite technology. Once approved and assigned a crop, farmers can start farming. The farm management system offers an interactive map view, providing data-driven cultivation protocols. Agents facilitate adherence through instructional videos and monitoring.
