You can't print, copy and paste, and hard to navigate while you're trying to cook or shop for the ingredients. My meals doesn't keep track of the saved meal item. It just records the ingredients. If you didn't fill out all those ingredients you practically got nothing. The recordings of weight only shows the user weight and fat ratio. All the rest of the info is behind the scenes. You can't meal plan ahead of time with it. All you can do is record as you go.
