2026-06-09	g *****	customer service nightmare (only AI) most frustrating experience ever. I dont understand why its already happened 3 or 4 times that my food goes missing, it isnt there when I go pick it up, and im left with the option of asking for a refund or just taking it as a loss. I used to be able to talk to a human who made it, albeit frustrating, still possible to get a refund now they just want me to talk to some dining team that isnt here or will have to wait to see tomorrow. Horrible experience.
