To use to free your mind and fully focus your thoughts on your practice, your symbols, positive affirmations... or simply listen to the sweet music I have selected for you.

You can choose :
- your music (among 6 different ones)
- your bell sound (among 6 sounds)
- the duration of the affixes (from 30 seconds to 5 minutes)
- the number of affixes

Then press the play button ▶️ to start the music.

To change the settings first press the STOP button ⏹

Want to simply have the bells ringing to guide you? Select "silence" in the music!

The screen tells you:
- the elapsed time
- the number of rings remaining
