BabyBeatsPro

This is a small CTG (cardiotocography) monitoring application, which allows for future mothers to perform CTG measurements at home, with only passive devices instead of a whole ultrasound measurement process. The values are measured with two special devices, one for FHR (fetal heart rate), one for TOCO (tocodynamometer) measurements, which can be attached to the patient (the user) with the same method as the ultrasound machine heads. The two devices communicate with the phone via Bluetooth, and send the measured values in real time to the phone, which can be followed on the application. After the measurement is finished, the measurement data gets uploaded to a server via REST API.
A strongly related system to the application is Project Tauret (https://projectauret.com/), which is a web application for both the patients (the application users) and their doctors. To have the patient use the application, the doctors, whol already use Project Tauret, send an invitation to their patients, which makes the patient register in the system. After that, the patient can log in and use BabyBeatsPro with these credentials.
After creating a new measurement and having it uploaded to the server, the doctor of the patient gets an email about having a new measurement. Logging in Project Tauret, the doctor can view the measurement graph, and can evaluate it. Depending on its results, the patient can be informed about what to do next.
