COMMISSION & PAYMENTS
Riders pay drivers in cash. Rafiq charges a platform commission deducted from your prepaid commission balance. Top up your balance in the app to stay online and receive trip offers.

Rafiq provides tools to help you coordinate trips and stay informed during rides. In an emergency, contact local authorities immediately.
