2024-06-29	JO*****	App keeps force closing and not working .... App is now patched 3 days later a horrible inconvenience please keep the Android app up to date with the Apple one... I believe u have more Android users above all keep that in mind . 🍻🙏🏻

2023-11-08	Eu*****	Such a poor quality app for such fantastic e-bikes. This app has ruined my joy in using my Super73 bike. The difficulty in just trying to connect the app to my bike every time I want to go for a ride is just awful & unacceptable. The app fails so often to connect to my bike, I have given up using it. Because the app is so poor, I cannot recommend Super73 as a brand to anyone. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Such a poor quality app for such fantastic e-bikes. This app has ruined my joy in using my Super73 bike. 2023-10-23	Ax*****	Having to connect the app EVERY SINGLE TIME I start the bike to put it in mode 4 is already bad enough but today the UI for changing modes is straight up broken. How am I supposed to go to work super73? Incredibly unreliable, nkt to mention the wild privacy issues of requiring precise location and internet connection from your customers just to use their bike!

2023-04-26	Co*****	The App is very basic and has had little to no investment in quite some time. Setting are not saved and the app requires Internet and Bluetooth to connect to the bike and change settings. The map and other settings are so cumbersome i very much doubt anyone uses them. A poor experience that needs a major overhaul.

How ever on Jan 2023 an update has now made it annoying and doesn't save any settings you set for your bike forcing you to opening the app connect it to your bike to select the desired speed mode. EVERY TIME YOU TURN YOUR BIKE ON. Why. I press save doesn't save. Waste of time and reducing my ride experience. Plus customer service is not really there.

The navigation does not identify bike paths to all your navigations are on the road some without bike lanes. App can me a little buggy with features. Needs work. Update: navigation features have improved dramatically. 4 Stars

2022-08-25	Ja*****	So much of the functionality of the app is either done better by other apps (Strava - logging your ride, Google Maps - navigation) or should be saved after one change (vehicle regional speed settings) or shouldn't even be a button in an app that you need to pair to for every ride (the front headlight). I regularly waste minutes trying to pair my RX-1, generally this app is a nuisance. I only use it because I'm forced to. Please give this some more love and development or ditch it all together.
