2025-01-26	Es*****	App tracking sucks. I kept describing the location over the phone I was just in the city centre. Also , recently the driver appears always stationary in the app it took over 10 mins and when I cancelled I got a 3 fee. Never again. Also , the call option doesn't help much I am expected to wait 6 whole min in the cold or else taxi leaves

2025-01-14	En*****	it's good but at the same time not good, if you're not in a hurry, book it because boy can they delay, the last time i booked, after waiting till it got to 1 minute I was about to go wait for the car it flipped and turned to 8 minutes, I gave up, and cancelled, this amongst so many other delays. lastly I advice if you want to get to your destination at the appropriate time, book it 30 minutes before you actually need to.

I had just cancelled a ride for the reason where I'm just seeing the driver's car stationary on the map for 5 minutes and got charged a £3 cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous.

2024-12-14	Ta*****	Absolutely dreadful. Drivers constantly driving off in the wrong direction before picking you up which heads to completely fabricated wait times. You can't even cancel on them without being penalised.
