2023-07-09	Do*****	This app, is totally the best. Quick, sometimes same day, maybe two days before results. But, they are correct identifiers. Some of my friends, who don't like apps, send me their pics, and ask to have them checked out. Way it is. Wouldn't want to change it. However, this app, is incredible, and, if you are not certain, you can actually talk to a pro, not a bot not, and get first class service. These folks are working their buttons off, only, to try to help. My utmost respect to all, D.A.

2023-06-19	Bo*****	Twice now I have found ticks on my person. I removed the ticks, photographed them and submitted the photos using the app. Both times, I received a definitive identification of the tick type quickly and instructions on "next steps". Very helpful FREE service. Thanks eTick.

2022-07-06	Br*****	This app is terrible to create an account and sign in. Creating the account was easy and the password and username however they will not let you sign in because it says sign in failed. I have reset my password and username a couple of times and a still fails. I believe they are forcing you to sign in with Facebook or sign in with Google so they can collect more data from you. Beware of these type of data mining apps!

2022-06-24	Co*****	Was bitten by a tick and it really set my anxieties off. Found this app via provincial reporting websites. Submitted photos and the tick was ID'd within 30 minutes, saving me from spiralling into a worst case scenario. When I received info for my province of residence, I wrote them and asked for the province where the bite occurred (I am travelling) and they were friendly and quick at giving me that too. This is a much needed service and I am thankful!

Sign in was a breeze and after watching their video on how to take tick pictures, I was able to quickly upload 2 pictures of a tick that I found attached to me today. In an hour or so I received an email back outlining the type of tick and lots more info. I phoned my doctor armed with this knowledge to discuss the possibility of treatment should the need arise. A great app..highly recommend.

2021-06-09	Ke*****	Haven't had a use for the app yet (no tick found 🤞), but the user interface is simple and easy to use. To the dev team: I was not able to sign up or sign in using my Google account after multiple attempts. "The combination of username and password you have entered is invalid."
