Back from the doctor and can't remember? Record yourself and WellNote will summarize it for you, reminding you to take your medication and keeping you updated on appointments.
Returning from the hospital, your child asks, "What did the doctor say?" The answer is often, "I don't remember."
Three packets of medicine are on the table; you're not sure which one to take before meals. Your appointment slip is missing.
WellNote is a personal health notebook that helps you remember—designed for seniors and for children to install for their parents.
■ Getting Started is Easy: Just Press the Microphone
Press the microphone button while with the doctor, or tell them about it when you get home. Speak in plain Thai, and your voice will be converted to text. If you're not comfortable speaking, you can type everything yourself.
Then press "Let WellNote Help." The system will organize long messages into headings: Summary of what the doctor said, Diagnosis, List of medications, Next appointment date, and Recommendations.
Each field can be edited before saving. If the AI malfunctions, the system will organize the headings as best it can, and you can edit and save as usual.
■ What WellNote Can Help With:
• Remind you to take your medication on time. Tap to confirm after taking it. • Review past 7 days to see if you've taken all your medication.
• Receive reminders before your doctor's appointment.
• Take a picture of your medication packaging and let the system read the name, dosage, and instructions — review and edit before saving.
• If you've previously recorded any drug allergies, the system will compare the medication details read from the image. If it matches or is similar, a warning will appear before anything else, along with a message to stop taking the medication and consult your doctor or pharmacist — this is only a reminder, not a medical diagnosis. It may not detect the medication; please check with a pharmacist every time.
• Save pictures of test results, appointment slips, or PDF files with that record.
• Quickly find and fill in the name of a nearby hospital or clinic. It will only ask for a rough location when you press this button, and you can always type the name yourself.
• Ask the WellNote assistant questions such as, "What medications are you currently taking?" "What is your next appointment?" The answers are based on your recorded history, not a medical diagnosis.
• Large font, large buttons, and the option to select "Basic" mode for easier reading.
■ Family members can help manage your medication without needing an account.
Create a QR code for your family members to scan. You can choose which QR code to give to them. "View Only" or "Add to Note" allows you to set the link's expiration date to 30 days, 90 days, or indefinitely, and you can cancel it anytime.
Please note that anyone holding this link or QR code will see the entire data set: your name, medical conditions, allergy history, the last 50 doctor's visits, current medications, and upcoming appointments. When you open a note, you will also see the entire transcribed text and all attachments for that visit. You cannot select individual items to open, so you should only share it with trusted individuals.
■ Regarding your data, let's be frank:
• WellNote does not store your audio files. Audio is converted to text by your device's transcription service, which may send the audio to that service provider depending on your device settings. We only receive the text.
• The transcribed text, photos of medication packaging you take, and questions you type to the assistant (which also include your allergy history, medical conditions, medications, appointments, and recent notes as context) are sent for processing to an AI provider outside of your country (Google Gemini and/or OpenAI). WellNote currently uses a paid Gemini service, which Google states will not use the submitted content to train or improve Google products, but will retain records for a period of time to monitor for misuse. Please read the privacy policy before use. • Do not speak or photograph anything you do not wish to disclose.
• Approximate locations used to find medical facilities will only be sent to WellNote's server and OpenStreetMap for searching; they are not saved in your history.
• Data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS). Details regarding retention and other restrictions can be found in the privacy policy.
• You can delete your account yourself in the app. Go to the "Me" tab → "My Information" → "Delete My Account." You will need to enter your password or log in to Google again, and all data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Alternatively, you can request deletion via the public webpage.
■ Important Notes
WellNote is a health information memorization tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose diseases, prescribe medication, or replace consultations with a doctor or pharmacist.
The assistant's answers are based on your saved history, not a medical diagnosis.
The medication information displayed in the images is general knowledge about medications, not a treatment order. Please always take medication as prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not start, stop, or adjust your medication dosage based on this information.
In case of a medical emergency, call 1669.
■ Requirements
You must register an account with an email address (or log in with Google if enabled) and have an internet connection. Because the data is stored on WellNote's servers.
