I gave the app 4 stars, the reason for this, trying to schedule a pick up is long winded, I've used this app on three separate occasions all going to the same pick up and drop off places, unfortunately you can't just pick previous routes, and picking from an address is impossible, then the map doesn't show the drop off point, so I pick a very near location then tell the driver where to drop me off, if this was sorted then 5 stars all day.
