At each stage of time, a method was adopted to develop expertise and technological innovations. Technological development begins with a review of general social conditions, then continues to consider the materials and sources of power prevailing in that period, and apply them to food production, manufacturing, building construction, transportation and communications, and military technology. And technology related to medicine, and at every stage of development the social and cultural consequences of technological change in that period were examined, but the general pattern is maintained all the time, and one of the main factors that do not fit easily into the technological pattern is the development of tools.
