Pina Collida - Fruit Merge

It's time to grab a pina colada and play Pina Collida!

Two fruits walk into a well. Only one walks out. But it's bigger!

Piña Collida is a sunny, squishy tropical merge puzzle. Drag to aim, let go to drop, and when two matching fruits bump into each other they smoosh together into something grander. That is the whole trick. Somehow it will still ruin your evening in the best possible way.

THE FRUIT LADDER

You start with a longan. It is small and unbothered. Merge your way up through lychee, star apple, passion fruit, rambutan, mangosteen, dragon fruit, persimmon, coconut and pomelo, and eventually you will produce a durian, which absolutely reeks and has opinions about it. Merge two of those and the crowned pineapple finally shows up to accept your applause.

Never heard of half these fruits? You will have. The game tells you their names as you meet them, so you can casually mention star apples at parties.

THERE IS A BIRD AND IT IS NOT SORRY

A seagull patrols your sky. It drops exactly one gift per visit, and whatever it lands on turns grey, refuses to merge, and pays you nothing. Rude. Land a falling fruit on the gull and it will squawk off in a cloud of feathers, which never stops being satisfying.

FOR WHEN IT ALL GOES WRONG

Pile jammed with fruit you regret? Earn a POKE and pop one to send everything tumbling into new arrangements. Stack up enough merges and your pineapple becomes a smash bomb that carves straight down through the chaos.
