How to avail Collection Pad app: It’s simple
A. Installation
• Download Collection Pad to your android device from Google Play Store.
B. Registration
• Open the application. Enter the Bank ID of the bank for which the user is working for.
• Enter the agent code with which the agent has registered with the bank, also enter the branch code of that particular bank.
• Next, the user has to enter registered mobile number.
• A 4 digit mPIN /pass code will be generated and sent to user’s registered mobile
number. On entering the mPIN the registration process will be completed.
• Subsequent access to the application is done with the help of mPIN.
