2024-12-19	Be*****	Initally, I couldn't withdraw the collection, every time I tried to upload my ID there was an error (lots of different types and combinations were tried). Luckily the team were able to sort the issue in the app within a day and I've been able to get the voucher sorted in time. As a side note, the app says if you upload your passport as the first ID you can use your driving licence as the second. This isn't currently an option on the second drop down.

2024-06-11	Gi*****	The service is not available in my region but still allowed me to create an account and a pot. It would be much simpler if only presented with active regions. Also I would prefer to manage this through the web than an app. The app crashes when I interact with my pots rather than give the user an indication of the problem.
