COLIN’S PDKS is a time and attendance application designed to securely and accurately record employees’ daily check-ins and check-outs, developed specifically for corporate needs. With this app, employees can easily track not only the start and end of their shifts but also their leave status and work schedules.

The system uses location-based (geofence) verification and QR code scanning to ensure that check-ins and check-outs are performed at the correct store or office location. In addition, features such as viewing work schedules, instantly reviewing attendance summaries, and receiving reminders via notifications help make operational processes more efficient.

COLIN’S PDKS is designed exclusively for company employees and is not accessible to external users. The user experience is optimized for iPhone devices, and all data is securely stored in compliance with KVKK and GDPR regulations. This ensures that the company maintains legal compliance while managing employees’ daily work processes through a modern digital infrastructure.
