2025-02-02	Ni*****	Super annoying! Since November 2024 I can't open the door anymore. App just declines calls and in case I get a call from the French number, it only allows talking to the visitor. In both cases I have to make the trip down from 7th floor to open the door. Please fix your app immediately as it is of no use the way it operates right now!

2025-01-10	Te*****	As others say, if you can help it, don't get this service. Sometimes it doesn't work, you just get a phone call instead of in the app, and the app notifications for kissed calls don't disappear. I have to disable and re-enable notifications each time, very annoying. Sent an email about it, haven't heard back. I guess there's no fix. How can that eve be possible, are there no developers working on this app?

2024-12-24	Ia*****	Awful. Rarely works, when it does it's poor reception, probably because it defaults to a phone call from France. Sadly installed by housing agency so, like everyone else here, I have no choice but to use it. Long overdue an upgrade at the very least. Does everything have to be an app? What on earth was wrong with an ordinary intercom? Update missed an important package today because the French phone call lasted three rings only. Completely rubbish and no discussion can resolve a useless app.

2024-12-15	Ro*****	Installed on this on my 78 year old Stepmothers phone and it doesn't work. Like everyone else, it eventually places a call from France (after about 1m +), despite App being open, all rights to camera/mic etc being set and confirmed on Samsung Galaxy A10. She's two floors up and is expected to walk down to gnd floor? Woeful situation. Emailed UK support, asking a very specific question about this problem and got a reply that had nothing to do with the main question I asked.

2024-10-30	Ry*****	Only managed to use the actual app to view and open the door 3 times since installation. Majority of the time it's a audio call from France and it was never explained that that's what would happen when the ap doesn't work as I thought it was a spam/scam calling. Your app needs updating immediately

2024-10-24	Th*****	Was fair to start with, absolutely useless now. Doesn't show up on screen when a call is in progress and then calls my number after the call is over and done with. At this point, it's just a space-taker

2024-10-23	se*****	terrible this was installed in my apartment block and if you have bad signal which the area does you miss buzzes. freezes all the time and unable to buzz people in to building. no option to put on loud on your phone so still rings if phone on silent. actual bane of my life. do not recommend.

2024-10-23	Ci*****	Hardly ever works. Most calls go straight to mobile, which is useless, as can't open door. Almost no time to answer intercom before it auto closes. This app is missing an essential feature of being able to open the door at anytime, not just when the intercom is buzzed.

2024-10-09	G.*****	Not very reliable system. Often the call goes to my phone number rather than the app. Also, you cannot simply swipe miss call notifications to discard them. Tapping on them takes you to the app, but the notification remains active. Eventually they'll go away but I haven't figured out exactly what I have to do to make them disappear.

So I've got to leave my flat and run down 2 flights of stairs to open the door the building door. Update:- In reply to your message, the phone I'm using is a Google Pixel 7 on the latest android
