2026-05-16	fa*****	The app needs a fix in the Offers section. When I tap on “Offers”, I expect to see current deals and promotions, but instead it shows all stores only. This makes the section confusing and not useful, because users open Offers specifically to find discounted items or active promotions. Please fix the Offers page so it clearly shows only available offers, with proper filtering and updated promotions.

2026-05-06	Na*****	The app has frequent glitches and keeps hanging, which makes the whole experience frustrating. There are multiple issues that remain unresolved, and unfortunately, customer service is not helpful or professional. Their only responses are to update the app or uninstall and reinstall it, and in the end, they simply blame the problem on the customer’s side. Very disappointing.

2025-01-20	Sh*****	Since last 2 months I am trying to login to my account but no OTP , I have tried to live chat and every time I talk to reem Ahmed and every time she promisbme to login after an hour then she will send OTP but till now nothing received. How to log in I don't know. And Reem why she keeps promising me with wrong promises also I don't know why she can't solve it.
