IoProf — Agenda del docente

Do you teach at multiple schools, or are you waiting for a permanent position? Then you know chaos: different classes and subjects, scattered deadlines, and no tool to keep them all together.

IoProf is the smart planner designed for you. Open the app and instantly see your day—classes in order, commitments, upcoming deadlines—for ALL your schools, each with its own color. One screen, one answer: what do I have to do today?

It's not another schedule: it sits on top of the schedule you already use and organizes YOUR professional life, not your administration. And your data stays yours: no personal student data, everything is encrypted, hosted in the European Union.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
• OGGI is your home. Open the app and instantly see your day: classes in order, commitments, upcoming deadlines. One screen, one answer.
• Never miss a deadline again. Schedules, reports, reports, make-up assignments: enter them once and the app notifies you at the right time.
• Multiple schools, one view. Do you teach at two or three schools? Each school has its own color, and you can view everything at once or one at a time.
• Well-planned tests. Schedule a test and I'll notify you three days in advance and on the day itself, reminding you of the required class size.
• Gradebook. A personal notebook for quickly recording grades, with a large keypad and half-grades. It's yours alone; it doesn't create an official average and doesn't replace the electronic gradebook.
• Calendar and timetable. Your week at a glance, with your timetable entered once and for all.
• Designed for those who don't like technology. Large, legible text, simple Italian, no jargon, just a few buttons, everything can be undone.
• Dark mode, even in the evening.

YOUR PRIVACY, FIRST AND FOREMOST
• Your notes and grades are encrypted: only you can see them.
• No student health data: inclusion measures are only class-level counts, never names or diagnoses.
• No personal data in notifications.
• Hosting in the European Union, no profiling, no advertising.
• You can delete your account and data whenever you want.

WHAT IoProf IS NOT
• It is not a legal register and does not replace the electronic register.
• It is not connected to the ministry (SIDI) and does not manage absences or official notes.
• It is not a platform for students or parents: it is just for you, teacher.

You don't need another register: you need a tool that understands you. Open it and try it—in just a few minutes, you have your timetable and your first commitments, and the "Today" dashboard is already live.
