You can leave early with a long‑press, but the idea is to give yourself a real digital sunset.

Once a day, you’ll get a gentle notification: “How are you feeling right now?” One tap logs your energy—Energized, Drained, or Overwhelmed. Over time, a beautiful chart reveals your trends. After completing 5 breaks, you’ll meet Nox, a sleepy fox who celebrates your rest wins. Nox lives on your device, offline, and never judges—just cheers. You can also add a partner profile for someone sharing the same device (family tablet, etc.) and see each other’s rest activity in a shared Rest Circle.
