Declaratie proprie raspundere

The application of the declaration on your own responsibility will help you to make the necessary declaration in certain situations when leaving the home.

You need to fill in your personal data and the reason for the trip, and the application will automatically generate the necessary document in PDF format. Optionally, you can also sign the handwriting in the application, and your signature will appear on the document.

It is recommended to save the generated PDF document so that it can be shown to the authorities if required.

Personal data will remain saved in the application so it will not have to be entered every time you want to generate a statement. No data from the application is sent on the internet, everything being saved only locally.
