Next they told that I have refused to accept the order while I haven't recieved any calls regarding delivery . Worst customer support and they are only returning it to the centre and destroying it

2025-01-21	Ta*****	I had used this app in the past and given it a five star rating - it was simple and easy to use and the photos were of good quality. However, my experience recently has made me change my review - it has been more than three weeks and my photos have not been delivered. The customer service keeps talking in circles about how the delivery will take place soon. No order Tracking makes this doubly difficult to believe. I can't believe such a good and useful service has gone down the drain.

DM sent on Instagram they said to email. Sent email. Nothing. Sent DM, no response. Payment done but now no one cares to respond and help with order ID or even cancellation. No response even after reading DM. I wish I could attach pic here to show their professionalism. Process by damn order or cancel my order

2024-12-25	Al*****	Very poor and bad service I placed my order on 6 December yet did not receive any order or not even my tracking number or any update. I want to rate 0 star but.... I hate this kind of waste service and waste people who just snatch money and on the name of service zero I will definitely report their instagram too.
